Dear representatives of Indigenous Peoples Organizations,
On behalf of Ms. Bas, the Director of the Division for Social Policy and Development, the Secretariat of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues invites Indigenous Peoples Organizations and Institutions to complete the attached questionnaire on any action taken or planned related to the recommendations of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, implementation of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the outcome document of the World Conference on Indigenous Peoples.
We kindly ask you to submit your completed questionnaire by 1 January 2017.
