Docip bibliography for the 16th session of the Expert Mechanism (EMRIP)

Dear friends,

We have the pleasure to present you Docip’s bibliography for the 16th session of the UN Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (EMRIP). The meeting will be held from July 17 to 21, 2023, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. Our bibliography proposes you a selection of documents related to the theme of the annual draft study on: ”the impact of militarization on the rights of Indigenous Peoples”, as well as on other themes of the agenda: fishing rights, the impact of colonial legacies on the rights of LGBTQIA+ Indigenous Peoples, and on enhanced participation at the United Nations. More information on the meeting will be published soon on our website and to our mailing lists.
