Information from Docip
During the 17th session of the Expert Mechanism (EMRIP) Docip will provide the following services:
Technical Secretariat
The Docip Technical Secretariat is an office at the UN made available to Indigenous delegates for meeting and working. It is located in Room E-3004 (Building E).
This space will be open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and offer access to computers, printers, and photocopiers.
Interpretation
Interpretation services in English, Spanish, French and Russian will be made available by Docip to cover the official side events of the session as well as Caucus and informal meetings. Our capacity is limited, thus we encourage you to make your request(s) as early as possible through this form.
Translation
Docip will provide Indigenous Peoples organizations with free document translation services during the session. For more information and to submit your translation, please use this form.
Documentation
Docip collects statements made by Indigenous Peoples and makes them available in our online documentation centre. Please send your statement to our documentation service at documentation(at)docip.org or bring a copy to our office at E-3004. Thank you!

Information
We have set up this dedicated web page and a calendar with all the important dates and events of the session in four languages. They will be updated regularly. During the session we will publish information on the meeting on our Facebook page, and our Twitter (X) account will inform you about important events and last minute changes.
